Winds of Harmony Wellness Center is owned and operated by Shaman and Holy Fire® II, Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher Lynn Small, and massage and energy therapist Cheryl Bochniewicz, LMT/Holy Fire® II, Karuna Reiki® Master/Teacher, Certified Cupping Therapist. We offer a unique energy work experience (a melding of Reiki and shamanism), polarity therapy, various massage techniques (with special emphasis on releasing fascia adhesions/restrictions through the use of myofascial release therapy), and reflexology. In addition, we host occasional classes – currently in Reiki certification or shamanic journeying. (Contact us for details or to set up a class!) We also offer occasional office/home energetic clearings. 

We are always working to learn more ourselves, so we can offer more classes and become better practitioners. We do not believe that we do any of the healing. Our belief is that we are the channel through which the energy flows so that a client can heal themselves. We teach all of our classes in this manner as well. Healing and shifting one's vibration is a very personal experience and each individual is responsible for his or her own healing. We are but the facilitators. We like to think that our classes, sessions, and healing shares are all given in a comfortable and respectful setting. But we must confess that we employ an age old healing technique: laughter. Yes, we do quite a bit of that! 

In the quest to continue learning and growing as humans and practitioners... Lynn is currently studying to become a certified aromatherapist through The Aromahead Institute, completed her level 1 herbalist apprentice through Greenwood Herbals and is currently in clinicals. These courses of study combined have Lynn already creating remedies that have been of great help to friends and family! Cheryl completed her 200 hr Radiant Warrior Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm Ithaca in 2021, recently completed an intensive in cupping therapy through the International Cupping Therapy Association, and is in ongoing studies in myofascial release through the John F Barnes' Myofascial Release Therapy Seminars (already seeing the results in her clients!).
