About the Practitioners

Lynn Small (Shaman, Reiki Master/Teacher) and Cheryl Bochniewicz (LMT, Reiki Master/Teacher, Polarity Therapist) own and operate Winds of Harmony Wellness Center in Saco, ME. They offer a unique energy work experience (a melding Reiki and shamanism), polarity therapy, various massage techniques, and reflexology. In addition, they host healing shares, classes, workshops and discussion groups in Reiki, shamanic journeying, and empathy, as well as offering office/home energetic clearings. 

Lynn is currently studying aromatherapy, and begins training in herbalism this spring (2022). Cheryl recently completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training, is in the middle of completing a 200 hour meditation teacher training, and will begin training to become a structural integrator beginning in the fall (2022). Both look forward to bringing their newfound knowledge to their clients!
